EDUVIA is an Indonesian digital education ecosystem offering an Education Portal, online exams (CBT), admissions, counselling, and Cashflow to support learning, school administration, and education payments.
Who can use EDUVIA?
Teachers, school counsellors, students, schools, and foundations can choose the EDUVIA services that fit their needs. Individual teachers can use the Teacher Portal, while schools and foundations can access services according to their institutional setup.
Can I register as an individual teacher?
Yes. You can use the Teacher Portal individually without waiting for your school to join. If your school already uses EDUVIA, use the access provided by your school administrator.
How do individual, school, and foundation accounts differ?
An individual account supports a teacher’s own activities. A school account connects teachers, students, and administration in one institution. A foundation account helps oversee multiple schools.
Is there an initial setup fee?
Standard EDUVIA products are available by subscription without a website setup fee. For a custom website, setup costs and the scope of service follow the agreed quotation. See Plans & pricing or discuss your requirements with us.
Can we use our own school website and domain?
Yes, through EDUVIA Custom Web. Our team will discuss features, school branding, domain requirements, and integrations before preparing a quotation.
Is Cashflow included with the Education Portal?
Cashflow manages education invoices and payments. Availability and activation depend on your institution’s plan and requirements; discuss the services you need with our team first.
Can I access EDUVIA on a phone or laptop?
Yes, through a browser on your phone, tablet, or laptop. App information and official download channels are available in the EDUVIA Apps section on this page.
What happens to data from previous academic years?
Operational records are separated by academic year. Select the relevant year to view its history. Moving students into the next year uses the portal’s data carry-over and class settings.
