01 Services and scope
EDUVIA is an education technology ecosystem operated by PT Genius Academic Solution. Available services may include the Education Portal, EDUVIA AI, CBT, online admissions (PPDB/SPMB), Counseling, Cashflow, and related services according to their availability.
Features and access depend on account roles, active plans, school configurations, and product-specific rules. A feature marked “Coming Soon” should not be treated as already available for use or download, including any app not yet published on Google Play.
02 Accounts and permissions
- Provide accurate information, keep passwords and verification codes confidential, and access only what you are authorized to use.
- School administrators, teachers, students, and foundation managers may only access data within their assigned responsibilities.
- For children, schools and parents or guardians should provide appropriate supervision in accordance with age, educational needs, and applicable law.
- Report suspected account misuse to your institution's administrator and EDUVIA's official support channels.
03 Responsible use
Use the services for lawful education and school operations. Unauthorized access, attacks on system security, malware, misuse of personal data, academic misconduct, and uploading unlawful or infringing material are prohibited.
EDUVIA may restrict access where necessary to address security risks or violations, subject to applicable rules. Support requests should not include passwords, one-time verification codes, or unnecessary student personal data.
04 Uploaded materials and copyright
Users and institutions are responsible for having the rights or permissions needed to upload documents, images, audio, video, or other materials. Ownership of original content remains subject to the applicable rights and agreements. Uploading content does not automatically transfer copyright to EDUVIA.
EDUVIA may process and display uploads to the extent needed to provide requested features. To report suspected copyright infringement, email admin@eduvia.id with the relevant links, identification, and description of the rights involved.
05 Learning, assessments, and EDUVIA AI
Teachers and institutions remain responsible for learning materials, exam and assignment settings, assessment decisions, and educational follow-up. Answers not received by the server before a deadline may not be recorded; verify the submission status and follow institutional instructions.
EDUVIA AI assists with content drafting and teaching ideas. AI-generated output may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed by a human before being used for educational decisions, publication, or grading. Do not submit sensitive student information to AI features without appropriate authorization and lawful grounds.
06 Privacy, security, and data deletion
Personal data is handled under applicable rules and product-specific privacy policies. A school or institution may determine how data is used for its operations. Access, correction, or deletion requests may require verification of identity and authority.

07 Plans, payments, and service changes
Publicly displayed prices apply only to the plans, features, and billing periods stated at the point of purchase. School and foundation institutional plans are offered through consultation and a formal quotation. No institutional price is promised on this page.
Charges, subscription terms, renewals, service scope, and cancellation or refund arrangements are governed by the applicable checkout information and written agreements. Confirm the quotation before paying. EDUVIA does not request payment to unverified personal numbers outside its official channels.
08 Third-party integrations
Some features may use third-party services for payments, storage, notifications, or authentication. Their availability and certain processing activities may be subject to the third party's terms. Visitors should review the terms of any external sites they choose to open.
09 Maintenance and availability
EDUVIA works to maintain reliable and secure services, but maintenance, updates, network disruptions, and circumstances reasonably beyond its control may temporarily affect access. Report issues using official contact channels so they can be handled in line with priorities and applicable service agreements.
10 Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as features, internal policies, or applicable regulations change. The revision date appears on this page. Any valid institution-specific agreement applies within its agreed scope. Users retain their rights under applicable law.
