Through EDUVIA’s official channels, you may inquire about data processing and request correction, access, restriction, or deletion under applicable legal rights and requirements. Student or school records may involve the institution managing the account.
2. What to prepare
- Your name and an email address where we can contact you.
- The EDUVIA service involved: Education Portal, Counseling, or another product.
- School or foundation name if the institution manages your account.
- The request type and a brief explanation.
- Do not send passwords, one-time passcodes, or sensitive identity documents before official verification.
3. How to send a request

4. Verification and follow-up
EDUVIA may request proportionate identity or authorization verification to avoid disclosing information to the wrong party. Processing depends on the nature of the request and applicable obligations. This page does not provide automatic data deletion.
